Tickets purchased through the Eko Events & Tickets platform are valid only for the selected event, date, time, and ticket category. Customers must present a valid QR ticket at entry.
Tickets must not be duplicated, resold fraudulently, or tampered with.
Eko Hotels reserves the right to refuse entry where a ticket is invalid, already used, cancelled, or unpaid.
